What You Need 
1 cup pumpkin seeds, 
raw and unsalted
 4 fresh dates, pitted and coarsely chopped

¼ tsp pure vanilla extract

1 medium banana, peeled, chopped and frozen

¼ large avocado (or ½ a small avo)

3-4 cups filtered water

Pinch of salt
Blend together
